What You'll Own

• Product Roadmap: Work closely with the engineering team to identify and prioritize the backlog of work. Track what’s in flight, what’s next and what’s done to build a complete product roadmap.
• Product Usage Analytics: Analyse and design the dashboards, track how our customers are using the product, what growth we’re generating, what the pain points are and what we can be doing better.
• Product Testing: Oversee and co-ordinate the testing team. Nothing should be released unless you certify it works.

• Small team, highly collaborative but individual responsibilities. Growth isn’t gated on tenure. If you can do the next job, you get it.
• You work directly with the founder. No layer in between, nobody to hide behind. No office politics, no blame games, direct visibility.
• High responsibility, high level of freedom, minimal guidance. Find a problem, design a solution, fix it. You own your work end to end, including when something goes wrong at 9pm.
• If you’re right you’re right. No hierarchy, no “do it cause the boss said so”. Best argument wins, regardless of who made it.
• Everyone is expected to do 2-3 different roles. With AI tooling enabling us to learn and do more than ever before join us with one core skillset and learn & apply 1-2 new skills with us.

Requirements

This is a multi-faceted role, show clear evidence that you excel somewhere and we’ll teach you the rest.

• Some understanding of coding, software engineering, databases, APIs etc. (Critical to understand and prioritize the backlog)
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills (Required to read and build product usage dashboards)
• Experience with product analysis. You should be able to look at a product and understand what’s working and what’s not. How features drive users to behave in certain ways, what discourages vs encourages certain actions. This requires a lot of user empathy.
• Discipline and attention to detail. Product testing is a grind, you need to think in detail to define testing cases, be disciplined to test and oversee testing repeatedly and not authorise release until something is working perfectly.
• You've owned a product or a company you worked for shipped to its own users, not a client's project built to someone else's requirements.

Compensation

• 15 days paid vacation.
• Salary is competitive and varies substantially based on the skillset of an individual candidate.
